Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pina77 ("pina77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pina77.net and any associated mobile applications or subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

pina77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents confirming age and identity. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension or closure of your account.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on pina77, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the pina77 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. pina77 employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pina77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

Deposits & Withdrawals

pina77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PHP and no currency conversion fees are imposed by pina77, though your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pina77 account in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
• pina77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• pina77 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or reverse a credited deposit if fraud or payment irregularities are detected.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) as required under PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your pina77 account.

Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any related winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period.

By participating in any game on pina77, you acknowledge and agree that:

Sports Betting

pina77 offers sports betting markets covering Philippine and international sports events, including PBA, NBA, international football leagues, UFC, boxing, and other events as made available on the Platform. The following terms apply specifically to sports betting activity on pina77:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued by the pina77 system. Verbal or written statements by pina77 staff prior to system confirmation do not constitute acceptance of a bet.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pina77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, voiding of pending bets, and reporting to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities where required:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Operating more than one pina77 account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the Platform.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to conduct gaming activity or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion or coordinated play with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a betting syndicate using the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform software or game configurations.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transaction activity in relation to pina77 deposits.

Intellectual Property

• Use any pina77 branding, trademarks, or content for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of pina77's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

pina77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering and using the Platform, you consent to pina77's collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. pina77 will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pina77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events.

pina77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pina77's liability for death or personal injury caused by pina77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pina77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Amendments to These Terms

pina77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their pina77 account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the pina77 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable. Any dispute not resolved through these procedures shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
